Whether you're already experienced in hospitality or looking for your first step into the industry, we'd love to hear from you. Experience is preferred, but it's certainly not essential – if you've got a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for creating memorable experiences, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.
This is more than just a Front of House role. You'll gain experience across both our restaurant and hotel operations, learning valuable skills and becoming a key part of a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Taking food and drink orders and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold beverages, including barista-style coffees.
- Running food and drinks to tables with efficiency and professionalism.
- Delivering our breakfast service from 8:30am or working in the evenings.
- Maintaining outstanding standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- Learning our hotel check-in system and assisting guests throughout their stay.
- Handling guest enquiries and going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
