Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

- Help with organising ingredients, utensils, and equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow instructions from senior chefs to learn various cooking techniques and presentation styles
- Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment
- Support meal service by preparing ingredients or assisting with plating when required
- Participate in training sessions to develop culinary skills and knowledge of food safety regulations
Qualifications
- Passion for cooking and a keen interest in developing culinary skills
- Basic understanding of food preparation, cooking, and food safety principles
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential
- Good organisational skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work efficiently under supervision in a fast-paced environment
