We are now seeking a Centre Operations Manager to drive the guest experience and maintain our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a customer-centred approach to enhance the guest experience, aiming for outstanding feedback scores.
- Ensure seamless operations and oversee daily logistics for the Catering and Facilities teams, proactively identifying more efficient ways of working.
- Build strong relationships with school visit leaders during their stays, promoting high levels of customer service and encouraging valuable feedback.
- Lead initiatives to identify training opportunities that promote exceptional customer service across all departments.
- Conduct regular reviews of operational performance, implementing improvements based on feedback and safety management reporting.
- Manage financial monitoring effectively, providing insights to achieve financial targets and recommending cost efficiencies.
- Fulfil safeguarding responsibilities by supporting the Head of Centre in implementing exemplary safeguarding practices.

- Proven experience in a customer-focused role with strong leadership skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, confident in addressing issues as they arise.
- Ability to foster long-term relationships with external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both guests and colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to centre operations.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
