Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within residential environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting where attention to detail and excellent customer service are highly valued. The Housekeeper will play a vital part in ensuring our clients' spaces are hygienic, welcoming, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
- To be able to complete simple DIYs around the residential home(e.g being able to assemble a bed/table)
- Change and wash bed linens and make beds to ensure a neat appearance
- Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust surfaces regularly
- Restock and organise supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials as needed ( Cleaning Allowance will be given to buy necessary cleaning supplies)
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or client requests courteously and promptly
- Supervise and Contact specialists with approval to be able to fix damages within the residential home
Requirements
- Previous experience in janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within designated timeframes
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends/Bank Holidays if required
- Being able to Travel to the location with ease preferably with a car however not essential
