Located in the centre of Shrewsbury, PulleyMaid specialises in the manufacture and supply of traditional clothes drying racks. We retail these through our website, delivering to customers throughout the UK and around the world.
We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Dispatch Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders from our database.
- Preparing shipping labels and export documentation.
- Packing orders securely and preparing them for dispatch.
- Handling all customer enquiries via email.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
- An interest in online retailing, product design, or content creation.
The position also offers an opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the business, including social media and content creation, helping to promote the website through blogs and social media, and to look at new products and product ideas which we can bring to market.
