WINDOW CLEANER / EXTERIOR CLEANER – NEW BUILD CONSTRUCTION SITE

We are looking for reliable, hardworking Window & Exterior Cleaners to join our growing construction cleaning team, working across new-build housing developments throughout Hampshire, Berkshire and surrounding areas.
The role involves cleaning and preparing the external areas of new-build properties, using professional Pure Water-fed Pole Systems and equipment provided by us.
FULL TRAINING PROVIDED & PAID FOR
No previous experience? No problem!
Full training will be provided and fully paid for, including training on our Pure Water-fed Pole System, equipment and required cleaning standards.
THE ROLE INCLUDES
- Window cleaning using a Pure Water-fed Pole System
- Cleaning soffits and fascias
- Cleaning gutters and downpipes
- Cleaning external frames, sills and glass
- Cleaning garages and garage doors
- Cleaning external areas of new-build properties
- Removing construction dust, dirt and general site debris
- Working safely around other construction trades
- Working across multiple new-build developments
- Working to site programmes and deadlines
- Reporting any damage or issues found
- Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas tidy

REQUIREMENTS
- CSCS CARD – ESSENTIAL
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking with a positive attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites
- Able to travel between different sites
- Previous window/exterior cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential
- Construction experience is an advantage but not essential
