Neu-Servo Repairs are a market leader in the automation repair sector, providing 24/7 service support to some of the world’s leading manufacturers across Automotive, Aerospace, Food, Medical, and Oil & Gas industries.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to drive new business and expand our customer base across the UK.
The Role
· This is a field-based, standalone sales role focused on generating new business opportunities across the UK.
· You will be the company’s primary sales representative, working closely with the Managing Director and supported by an experienced technical team.
· This is not an account management role. You will be responsible for proactively identifying, generating, and converting your own sales leads, building your pipeline from the ground up, and developing new client relationships.
· This role offers a high level of autonomy and is ideal for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, opening doors, and turning opportunities into long-term accounts.
· There is also flexibility for hybrid working, with the option to spend 1–2 days per week based in the office for planning, collaboration, and internal meetings.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively generate your own leads through outreach, networking, and business development activity
· Identify, target, and win new business across multiple industry sectors
· Arrange and attend site visits to present Neu-Servo’s services
· Confidently engage with decision-makers including engineers, operations managers, and procurement teams
· Build and manage your own pipeline from initial contact through to close
· Develop new client relationships and expand opportunities across multiple sites
· Achieve and exceed sales targets
· Maintain accurate sales reporting for review with the Managing Director
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in external sales or business development (essential)
· A strong track record of winning new business and generating your own leads (essential)
· Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
· Comfortable operating in a proactive, outbound sales environment
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Highly organised with good IT/computer skills
· Full UK driving licence
Industry experience is not essential – full training will be provided – however, an interest in technical or industrial services would be beneficial.

This is a hands-on business development role focused on new client acquisition & further development in existing accounts. You will be responsible for creating opportunities, developing relationships, and driving growth.
