This world-renowned organisation is on a major recruitment drive across the business. After successfully placing several engineers, Chroma are now looking for an experienced FPGA Electronics Engineer to join their engineering and manufacturing team
The role of FPGA Electronics Engineer is a critical role for the business hence the level of the role. It will be reporting to the Electronics Manager but will be seen as a key and senior member of the team leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
This role will be around 60% - 70% FPGA focus but will require electronics work too. You’ll be taking projects from cradle to grave with overall ownership where applicable. You’ll be required to work as part of a team but also autonomously when working remotely.
FPGA Electronics Engineer Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- FPGA experience –VHDL, AMD (Xilinx) and Vivado.
- Analogue Circuit Design
- C/C++
- STM32 Microcontrollers
- PCB Design & Layout
