Bright Start Nursery Margate are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual(s) to join our warm and welcoming nursery setting. The job post is for either 1 candidate 40+ hours a week or 2 candidates 20+ hours per week.
Our setting operates Monday - Friday 7.45-6pm. Hours can be allocated at any time in those days.
The right candidate will:
-Be exciting, passionate, caring and keen to share their thoughts and ideas.
-Hold a Level 2 & 3 qualification in Childcare and have previous experience of working as a nursery practitioner.
-Be responsive to the children's needs, have strong communication skills, be a positive role model for the children in their room.
-Be able to be a Key Person for a small group of children, undertake paperwork tasks, have daily conversations with parents and communicate with other professionals when needed.
-A hard-working individual who works well within a team and able to use their own initiative.
-Have a sound working knowledge of the current EYFS
