Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Facade Site Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of facade installation projects on-site. This pivotal role involves coordinating teams, managing schedules, ensuring safety standards, and delivering high-quality results within project timelines. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the facade installation team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop detailed project schedules using Procore, coordinating resources, materials, and subcontractors to meet deadlines
- Monitor daily site activities, troubleshoot issues promptly, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Collaborate closely with project engineers, architects, and clients to ensure design specifications are met accurately
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, safety compliance, and progress against plans
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for facade installation, maintaining inventory control
- Document project progress through reports, logs, and photographic records for transparency and accountability
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in facade or construction site supervision with a strong track record of successful project delivery
- Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software for scheduling and resource planning
- Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in planning and execution
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices specific to facade installation projects
