Duties

- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service delivery
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety standards
- Develop new menu items in line with current culinary trends and customer preferences
Skills
- Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management
- Supervising experience within a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent food safety knowledge and adherence to hygiene standards
- Skilled in food preparation and presentation techniques
- Experience in restaurant operations, including serving guests when necessary
