What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils with autism, communication needs, sensory differences, physical disabilities and general complex learning profiles
- Helping deliver structured, engaging learning and play
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support teams
- Using visual strategies, routines, and positive behaviour approaches
- Contributing to a safe, predictable, nurturing environment
