The job
We're looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Head Chef who will manage the kitchen in our venue in the heart of Digbeth, working on a 37.5 a week contract - with a paid overtime scheme. The ideal candidate has experience in Senior Kitchen Management positions. You will be comfortable setting the tone and standards for the kitchen, maintaining operational discipline and team culture, whilst ensuring the kitchen runs safely, efficiently, profitably and consistently at all times.
The base salary starts at £31,000 pa for a 37.5 hour contract. Tips range month to month but average around £3.00 per hour, meaning that you can expect to earn approximately £37,000 gross.
Chance & Counters is a young company and there are genuine opportunities to push on and progress too.
Please note that due to the service of alcohol at the site we cannot employ those who are aged under 18.
