Duties
- Perform tyre repairs, replacements, and maintenance on commercial vehicles at customer sites using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tyres and related systems to identify issues such as wear, damage, or pressure problems.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot tyre-related problems efficiently and accurately.
- Use heavy lifting techniques and equipment to handle large tyres safely during service procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and service notes.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times, including proper use of tools and personal protective equipment.
- This position is based from Home.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle or tyre maintenance .
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and manual tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures related to commercial vehicle tyres is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a mobile service vehicle required.
- Prior experience in mobile servicing or roadside assistance is a plus but not mandatory.
