About us:
Kelly Tanks Ltd are industry leaders providing concrete washout, hydrodemolition waste and water treatment systems for the construction industry, supplying equipment and services across the UK and overseas.
The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Fitter to join our team to carry out installation, maintenance and repairs on a range of Concrete Washout & Water Treatment Systems, pumps and other associated equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain and repair systems and associated equipment (both in-house and on customer sites)
- Carry out installation, commissioning and decommissioning of systems and related equipment
- Diagnose faults and undertake mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Complete routine planned maintenance as well as responsive call-outs
- Conduct on-site checks, testing and inspection, ensuring equipment is safe and operating efficiently
- Keep accurate service records, job sheets and reports
- Work closely with the office and logistics teams to plan site visits and ensure timely completion of jobs
- Represent Kelly Tanks in a professional manner, maintaining good relationships with customers
You should be/have:
- Comfortable working on construction and industrial sites (CSCS/CCNSG or similar beneficial, but not essential)
- Able to read and follow technical information and service procedures
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, practical, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours, with occasional early starts, travel and overtime as required
