Duties
We are seeking a motivated Bar Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support bar staff in delivering a high-quality experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and motivate bar staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the training and development of new team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.

- Experience in a bar or hospitality supervisory role.
- Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
