What You Will Do (The Role)
- Collaborative Prep: Work closely with the Head Chef to prep ingredients for creative dishes.
- Recipe Testing: Assist in experimenting with new flavour profiles and refining menu items.
- Station Mastery: Run your assigned section with precision, speed, and absolute consistency.
- Quality Control: Act as a second pair of eyes to ensure plating and presentation are flawless.
- Kitchen Fluidity: Keep the line running smoothly by anticipating the Head Chef's needs during busy services.
