We are seeking a skilled IPAF Operator/Demolition Operative to join our team in. This vital role involves operating specialized equipment and supporting demolition projects that align with our mission of safe and efficient site clearance. Responsibilities
- Operate IPAF equipment safely and efficiently on demolition sites.
- Support demolition activities by handling hand tools.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.
- Qualifications
- Driving lisence preffered.
- CSCS Minimum
- Valid IPAF certification.
- Proven experience operating excavators and other heavy machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to demolition equipment.
- Valid commercial driving license.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
- Physical fitness to handle demanding site conditions.
- Prior experience in demolition or construction is preferred.
