Napolino is an artisan destination where Neapolitan tradition meets modern culinary theatre. Opening soon in the historic "The Horns" building in Ashbourne, we specialize in the craft of the 90-second Neapolitan pizza, utilising a meticulous 24-hour fermentation process. Our mission is to bring the soul of Naples to the heart of Derbyshire, operating out of a high-end, open-theatre kitchen.
As a Team Member, you are the face of Napolino. Your main goal is to welcome our guests, guide them through our unique menu, and ensure they have a fantastic dining experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Welcoming guests with a warm smile, taking orders accurately, and answering questions about our signature pizzas.
Waitressing & Food Service: Delivering piping hot pizzas and refreshing drinks to tables efficiently while ensuring the presentation is perfect.
Maintaining the Space: Keeping the dining area, bar, and guest facilities spotlessly clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the shift.
Closing & Setup: Assisting with general cleaning, clearing tables, washing glasses, and resetting the restaurant so it's always ready for the next service.

(Note: Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential—we will provide full training for the right attitude!)
