Trophystore.co.uk Ltd, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join its busy, expanding business in Tamworth.

You’ll be joining our office-based team to provide full support for our customers across two businesses within our e-commerce group.
In this busy role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email, live chat, social media, and online reviews
- Provide accurate product information, advice, and excellent customer service to resolve customer queries
- Process customer orders, payments, refunds, and returns accurately and efficiently
- Managing returns and coordinating actions for out-of-stock products
- Tracking and monitoring deliveries and orders in response to customer requests
- Preparing and providing quotations and discounts per company policies
- Liaise effectively with third-party suppliers and couriers to resolve customer and order-related issues
- Actioning additional administrative tasks and projects to support the Customer Service Team
Skills and experience required:
- Proven previous history of office-based admin experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with outstanding telephone manner
- Ability to work under own initiative whilst still being part of a multi-tasking team
- Well organised and able to manage time efficiently
- Ability to focus and maintain accurate attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient user of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- 5 GCSE’s grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) including English & Maths
- Knowledge and experience of e-commerce would be beneficial

Working hours are 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm with a 1 hour break.
Office Based This role is based at our Tamworth office and there is no option to work from home.
