We are looking for a Head of Global Sales who can take full ownership of our international revenue strategy. This is not just a management role—you will be shaping the direction of our global commercial growth, building high-value partnerships, and leading the expansion into new markets. You will act as the driving force behind our sales performance, bridging strategy, execution, and leadership across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:
Global Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a scalable international sales strategy to drive revenue growth across multiple markets.
Revenue Leadership: Own sales targets, forecasting, and performance metrics across regions and product lines.
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing international sales team, including regional sales managers and key account executives.
Business Development: Identify, develop, and secure new global business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Key Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with high-value international clients and enterprise accounts.
Market Expansion: Identify new territories, assess opportunities, and support market entry strategies.
Commercial Negotiation: Lead high-value negotiations with international clients, suppliers, and partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution.
Performance Management: Define KPIs, monitor performance, and implement improvements to optimise sales outcomes.
Representation: Represent the company at international meetings, trade discussions, and commercial events.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 8+ years in senior sales leadership roles such as Head of Sales, Sales Director, Commercial Director, or similar.
International Exposure: Proven experience in global sales, international trade, export/import, or B2B commercial environments.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering revenue growth, entering new markets, and leading sales teams.
Leadership: Strong ability to build, inspire, and scale high-performing commercial teams.
Commercial Mindset: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex, high-value deals.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Pay: £100,234.46-£140,706.09 per year
