Job Summary
Homefix is seeking a skilled Plumbing/General Maintenance engineer to join our busy team.
Homefix property maintenance is an established maintenance company based in Trowbridge normally covering up to 25 mile radius but occasionally outside of this area to meet client needs.
An eye for detail is a must. High level of job experience is essential together with good quality workmanship to satisfy client demand.
The role is self employed and is based on a variable hourly fixed rate by job type. Range - £20-£35 per hour - 7 day invoice payment terms. Own van/vehicle required.

* Good effective communication skills both in person and I.T. based
*. Use of work app is essential for the role which aids the communication of job/quote information back to the office.
* You will be very reliable and efficient and personable.
* Able to work alone or as part of a team.

* Handyman works/small carpentry works
* Fencing and decking
* Painting
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems, including plumbing.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. .
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address concerns and coordinate tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Pay: £20.00-£35.00 per hour
