Duties
- Greet guests with a genuine smile and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation quality and guest satisfaction
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure everything is to their liking and address any special requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to deliver a smooth dining experience
Skills
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging personality
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills to coordinate with colleagues for efficient service delivery
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service is a plus but not required—training provided!
