Experienced Lead Nurse required
The Village Dental Practice, Culcheth, Warrington
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and organised Lead Dental Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team at The Village Dental Practice in Culcheth, Warrington.
Working Hours
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (essential) – 8:15am to 5:15pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
- Thursday and Friday (optional) for the right candidate.

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dental Nurse who is ready to take on a Lead Dental Nurse role within the practice. We are looking for someone who is conscientious, enthusiastic, confident and organised, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care. The successful candidate will be committed to maintaining the highest clinical standards while supporting and leading our nursing team in a positive and professional environment.
Essential Requirements
- GDC-registered Dental Nurse with proven experience.
- Experience as, or the confidence to step into the role of, Lead Dental Nurse.
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and dental regulations.
- Excellent understanding of cross-infection prevention and control.
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- A conscientious, enthusiastic and proactive approach with the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
Desirable
- Implant nursing experience (training can be provided for the right candidate).
- Treatment Coordinator (TCO) experience.
- Experience using Dentally practice management software.
