Location: Mobile - Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea / With Occasional Travel to London Metropolitan University
Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday 40 Hours Per Week

The Electrical Supervisor will:
- Lead and coordinate a team of Engineers of all bias to ensure efficient service delivery
- Support operational demands by completing outstanding jobs during peak periods
- Support in remedial review of PPM service sheets in CAT1&2 and also provie repoets on recommendations.
- Collaborate with the helpdesk to effectively schedule and allocate tasks
- Represent the team in client briefings, progress reviews, and project meetings
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management as required
- Partner with the design team to contribute to the development of technical solutions
- Plan, assign, and oversee works carried out by both direct labour and subcontractors
- Uphold health and safety standards on site, including conducting staff and subcontractor inductions
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, events, and conditions
- Communicate regularly with end users to provide updates and address requirements
- Ensure all works meet high-quality standards and client expectations
- Supervise on-site operations, managing both internal staff and external contractors
- Monitor project timelines and ensure works are delivered according to schedule
- Conduct pre-completion inspections and resolve any outstanding issues
- Compile material requirements and coordinate orders through the Service Desk
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership
- Finalise and submit Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals upon project completion

Essential Criteria
1. Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) / Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
2. Formal Qualification NVQ Level 3 electrician or equivalent
3. City and Guilds 2394/2395 (2391) Level 3 qualification, AM2
4. Normal eyesight colour vision
5. Highly experienced in Electrical installation works for commercial and industrial installations
6. Current 18th IET Wiring Regulations
7. Demonstrate relevant previous experience in a similar role working within a trade or construction background
8. Demonstrate previous relevant supervisory experience in Council/University enviroment
9. Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Project
10. Full UK drivers licence
11. Proven Leadership and people management skills
Desirable Criteria
1. High Voltage awareness training
2. Manual Handling training
3. COSHH training
4. Confined space training
5. IPAF card holder
