We live by our values every day – committed, united, engaged and straightforward. They guide how we work, make decisions and support each other and our customers.
About You
You will be someone who leads from the front, motivates others and thrives in a busy environment. You understand that operational excellence and commercial success go hand-in-hand, and you take pride in creating a smooth, reliable and professional experience for customers every day.
You take ownership of your branch customer relationships, know who your key customers are and actively look for opportunities to strengthen those relationships. You recognise when customer activity changes, spot when an account may be lapsing and work proactively with your team and Area Account Manager to re-engage customers and grow loyalty.
You understand that customers are looking for more than price alone. While we may not always be the cheapest in the market, and we are not the most expensive, the service we provide and the value we bring should be unrivalled.
