Based at our beautiful estate in Peasmarsh (TN31), you’ll be responsible for ensuring our hotel rooms and communal spaces are kept spotless and welcoming.

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Change bed linens and replenish amenities as required
- Maintain cleanliness of bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Assist with organising linen supplies and restocking consumables
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or client requests promptly and courteously
Skills
- Proven experience in janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with organisational skills
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour for customer service roles
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift light loads comfortably
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
