LMC Physio & Fitness is a well-established private MSK clinic in Rugby, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

You’ll be working in a purpose-built clinic with a fully equipped rehab gym, alongside a team of physios, massage therapists, and fitness professionals.

The Role
You’ll manage a varied MSK caseload including sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. This role will also include some on site occupational health work ( full training and support will be provided)
Your responsibilities will include:
- MSK assessments and treatment
- Creating personalised rehab programmes (including gym-based rehab)
- Supporting patients to achieve long-term outcomes
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Engaging in regular CPD and mentorship
- One evening clinic per week is required
About You
We recruit based on attitude, motivation and character, if you are high energy physiotherapist no matter your experience level we would love to hear from you.
We’re looking for a motivated physiotherapist who is keen to develop and be part of a supportive team.
- HCPC and CSP registered
- Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc or MSc)
- MSK experience preferred (new graduates with strong placements considered)
- Confident with manual therapy and exercise-based rehab
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Positive, proactive, and open to feedback
