We are looking to employ a chef with experience in cooking Thai food. The position is 6 days per week. You’ll be part of a team that supports each other and while you may be responsible for your own station e.g. Curry preparation you must be able to be flexible. Wok cooking experience is essential as you would stand in for our Head chef when necessary.
You must have full eligibilty to work in the UK and appropriate documentation must be available for examination to support this.
Responsible to the Head Chef for all duties.

- Start at 3.00pm (Fri. & Sat.) 3.30pm (Sun. to Thurs ) and finish at 10.30pm
- 43 Hour week
- Closed on Monday
- Open on Tuesday to Sunday
- Full paid annual holiday entitlement
Experience:
- Chef: 1 years (Preferred)
- Prepared to take Level 2 Food Safety course.
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standard
Candidates are expected to be able to easily commute to Chorlton.
