We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a range of dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards
- Assist in the organisation and management of specific sections within the kitchen
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations at all times
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Serve dishes efficiently during service periods, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Contribute to menu development by providing input on new dishes or improvements
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation within a professional kitchen setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience working in a restaurant environment, ideally in a similar role such as Demi Chef or Commis Chef
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and culinary styles
- Previous experience in serving guests or assisting front-of-house staff is advantageous but not essential

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
