Overview
We are seeking a Trainee Sales Advisor / Admin Assistant to join our friendly office based team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales and administrative skills within a professional environment. The successful candidate will be involved in supporting sales activities, managing customer relationships, and providing administrative assistance. Duties
- Assist with B2B sales activities, including processing online orders ready for despatch.
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, ensuring high levels of customer service
- Organise and maintain sales records, databases, and administrative documentation accurately
- Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management
- Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Good grades (or expected good grades) in English & Maths.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when needed
- Willingness to learn about B2B sales processes and administrative procedures

Pay: £24,420.00-£26,000.00 per year
