From Cardiff to Manchester, now we’re going international – and one of our newest store in Bath needs a passionate Supervisor to lead the way!
OBJECTIVE:
We are currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team at My Cookie Dough in Bath, UK. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store and ensuring that all staff members are providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the training and development of staff members
- Supervise and delegate tasks to staff during shifts
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are being met
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge & understanding of food safety regulations

OTHER INFORMATION
Although this position is mainly worked between Monday to Friday, evening and weekend work will be required.
