Planner - Temp to Perm

Pay Rate: £17.84 per hour (Umbrella)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Planner to join our client's team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in planning, scheduling, or coordinating workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling daily workloads and resources
- Coordinating with internal teams, customers and suppliers
- Monitoring schedules to ensure work is completed on time
- Managing changes and responding to unexpected issues
- Maintaining accurate records and updating planning systems
- Prioritising workloads to meet deadlines and business requirements
- Communicating any delays or changes effectively
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative and planning duties
- Ensuring all work is planned efficiently and in line with company procedures
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a planning, scheduling or coordination role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Good attention to detail
- Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
- A proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills
