A full time bright and enthusiastic lettings and office assistant required to work in our very busy, award winning sales and lettings business.
The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of rental admin including listing properties, rental viewings and contracts, negotiate deals , referencing and compliance. You must have a good telephone manner and assist with telephone and email enquiries.
Work hours 8:45am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am to 2:30pm
This job would suit someone who has already had some experience in the rental sector.
All training given
Car driver/owner essential.
Pay: £26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
