Winchester Auto Barn’s the Filling Station is looking to employ a Commis Chef. Winchester Auto Barn is situated between Stockbridge and Sutton Scotney and the venue caters for breakfasts, lunches, live music events and private events.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef
- Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
You will require:
- Good knowledge and background with fresh food
- Be a good kitchen team player
- Able to follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines are carefully adhered to
Due to our rural location you will need to have your own transport. There is no public transport.
