- Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various vehicle makes and models.
- Tackle a wide variety of tasks with a positive, "can-do" attitude—no job is too big or too small.
- Diagnose and resolve complex engine performance issues and mechanical failures.
- Troubleshoot and repair modern vehicle electronics, sensors, and wiring systems.
- Maintain an impeccably clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
- Provide professional, high-quality workmanship that meets our strict shop standards while maintaining excellent efficiency.What We Are Looking For
- Proven, hands-on experience as an auto mechanic in a professional shop environment.
- Deep, comprehensive understanding of internal combustion engines and drivetrain systems.
- Strong proficiency in automotive electrical systems and diagnostic software.
- A highly professional demeanor with a strong work ethic, high energy, and a drive to hit and exceed targets.
- Dedication to workstation cleanliness and shop safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your time on the shop floor.
