What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Management – Sales & Marketing team member, you'll gradually build your knowledge and experience by supporting a variety of business activities.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with sales and marketing campaigns
- Building relationships with customers and promoting products and services
- Supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
- Learning how to plan and deliver successful campaigns
- Working alongside experienced managers to understand business operations
- Developing leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Monitoring campaign performance and contributing ideas for improvement
- Participating in ongoing training and development programmes
