Job Overview
We are seeking an ambitious individual with vast Office and Accounts experience to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily administrative operations such as purchasing or ordering stock for example, while also managing the finances to include, daily reconciling, monitoring the cash flow, or producing and analysing P & L reports to name a few.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately using Xero accounting software.
- Assist with invoicing, expenses, and vendor payments to ensure timely financial transactions.
- Support the preparation of financial reports by gathering data and maintaining detailed records within accounting system.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure all administrative tasks are completed promptly and effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and office documentation at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and general bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with vendors, team members, and management.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and administrative procedures
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial data entry and record keeping
