Responsibilities
Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art according to client preferences.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas and tools, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable nail designs and care routines.
Ensure clients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their appointment by delivering excellent customer service.
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future appointments.
Stay updated with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and products to offer innovative services.
Promote retail products when appropriate to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a beauty or salon environment.
Proficiency in makeup application is desirable but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Organised with attention to detail to ensure precise application and finishing of treatments.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends if required, while maintaining a professional attitude.
A recognised qualification in nail technology or beauty therapy is preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates. Pay: £26,000.00-£52,148.49 per year
