Projects 24-7 Ltd, part of the growing Twenty47 Group, is looking for an experienced Site Foreman/Woman to join our Projects division.
We deliver high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across pubs, restaurants, hotels, retail and other commercial environments for nationally recognised clients throughout London and the Home Counties.
This is a hands-on leadership role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front, managing multiple trades, maintaining exceptionally high standards and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing day-to-day site operations.
- Leading direct labour and subcontractors.
- Coordinating multiple trades on live commercial sites.
- Working closely with Project Managers and clients.
- Maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety.
- Carrying out site inductions and toolbox talks.
- Managing site programmes, deliveries and materials.
- Ensuring quality workmanship throughout every project.
- Solving problems quickly to keep projects moving.
- Being hands-on where required and leading by example.
We’re looking for someone with
- Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects.
- Experience within hospitality, including pubs, restaurants, hotels or shopfitting.
- A trade background, ideally carpentry/joinery or a similar construction trade.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The confidence to lead teams and build strong client relationships.
- The ability to read drawings and manage works to programme.
- A full UK driving licence.
Essential Qualifications
- SMSTS (preferred) or SSSTS
- CSCS Card
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge

- Fire Marshal
- Asbestos Awareness
