Responsibilities

- Manage phone inquiries, providing clear information about services and guiding clients appropriately
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and billing information
- Assist with laboratory procedures by preparing samples and recording results when needed
- Coordinate communication between clients, veterinary staff, and specialists to ensure seamless care delivery
- Support administrative tasks such as invoicing, inventory management, and follow-up reminders
Requirements
- Prior veterinary experience is highly preferred to understand clinical terminology and procedures
- Laboratory experience is a plus to assist with sample handling and record keeping
