We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team.
What You'll Be Doing
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Provide outstanding care and education for children aged 6 months to 5 years.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
- Build positive relationships with children and their families.
- Act as a Key Person, completing observations and supporting children's individual learning and development.
- Promote children's independence, confidence, and wellbeing.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an inspiring learning environment.
- Support children with varying needs, including SEND, where appropriate.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive.
Desirable:
- Paediatric First Aid qualification.
- Experience as a Key Person.
- Experience supporting children with SEND.
- Knowledge of online learning journals.
