Role Overview
Atelier 139 Design Studio Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Interior Design Project Lead to oversee innovative design projects from concept through completion. This role combines creative leadership with project management while working closely with clients, architects, contractors, and internal design professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial interior design projects from planning through completion.
- Prepare design concepts, technical drawings, and client presentations.
- Coordinate architects, contractors, and external consultants.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and design standards.
- Support business development through exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Significant commercial interior design experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent software.
- Strong project management and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
Pay: £74,000.00 per year
