Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Muay Thai Instructor to lead dynamic training sessions and inspire students of all skill levels. Duties
- Design and deliver comprehensive Muay Thai training sessions tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners
- Teach proper techniques, stances, strikes, clinching, and defensive maneuvers in accordance with traditional Muay Thai principles
- Monitor students’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust training plans to meet individual goals
- Promote safety by ensuring proper use of equipment and enforcing class rules to prevent injuries
- Inspire motivation and discipline through energetic coaching, encouraging participants to push their limits
- Maintain a clean and organized training area, including equipment setup and sanitation after classes
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes respect, teamwork, and personal growth
Requirements
- Professional Muay Thai Fight experience (A Class/Full Thai Rules)
- Proven sports coaching experience, preferably in martial arts or combat sports such as Muay Thai or kickboxing
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate techniques clearly and motivate diverse groups of students
- Deep knowledge of Muay Thai techniques, history, and cultural significance
- Ability to demonstrate proper form and safety procedures during training sessions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly yet disciplined approach
- Certification or relevant training in martial arts instruction is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
