About the Role:
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Delivery & Collection Driver. This role is more than just driving - you will be an essential part of our catering operations, ensuring seamless deliveries, careful handling of fragile food items, and outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely delivering catering orders to clients while providing excellent customer service.
- Handling collections and ensuring they match collection records to minimise discrepancies.
- Assisting in the catering warehouse, including loading/unloading and stock management.
- Maintaining a professional, customer-facing demeanour at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- A responsible and detail-oriented driver who understands the importance of handling delicate food with care.
- Someone with a strong work ethic, excellent English skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Good knowledge of London roads is a plus.
- Flexibility to work early mornings (as early as 4am) and late finishes (up to 11pm for collections), including weekends.
- Ability to lift and handle heavy items.
- Available full-time 30-40h per week
Must Have:
- Driving Experience: 3 years+
- Able to drive Manual and Automatic
- Clean Full UK Driving License
- Age: 25+ for insurance purposes
- Delivery Driver Experience
