Answer telephone, email and digital enquiries.
Manage personal workloads as assigned by Customer Support Manager.
Book site repair/installation visits for JURA engineers and Service Partners.
Arrange collection and return of machines.
Take payments securely via SagePay.
Communicate throughout repair process – ie actively updating customers.
Liaise with Sales Teams as needed.
Liaise with London Store.
Handle minor complaint cases as agreed with Customer Support Manager .
Provide cross departmental support to Colne Departments (Finance, Logistics, Workshop and Technical).
Other duties that can be reasonably expected and assigned by your manager.
