We are entering an exciting new chapter with the launch of our newly refurbished Bar & Bistro, a major investment in the Club’s hospitality offering.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our Food & Beverage team. You will support the day-to-day operation of the Bar, Bistro and hospitality areas, delivering friendly, professional service and helping to create an excellent experience for our members and guests.
The role will also involve supporting Club events, private functions and hospitality services, while maintaining the Club’s high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week (inclusive of breaks), based on a flexible rota. Shifts are scheduled between 7:30am and 11:30pm, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, in line with the operational needs of the Club.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional and attentive service to members, guests and visitors
- Welcome and engage with members and guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with Club standards
- Maintain clean, tidy and well-presented tables and service areas
- Assist with setting up and clearing down the Bar, Bistro and event spaces
- Support Club events, private functions and hospitality services
- Process customer payments accurately when required
- Replenish stock and service areas as needed
- Follow food hygiene, health and safety and Club procedures
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Respond positively and professionally to member and guest requests
Skills & Experience
- Previous hospitality, food and beverage or customer-facing experience is desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
