Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, craft drinks, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Greet guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and front-of-house spaces according to food safety standards
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
- Working as part of a team during busy services, weddings, private events and functions.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly while ensuring timely service and attention to detail
- Handle cash register operations accurately, process payments, and manage tabs with integrity
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere and responding promptly to guest needs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or front-of-house team member in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service (Serving) certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing tabs efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality service
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, including time management and customer service excellence
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
