We are one of Scotland's leading street food business. Passionate about food and all things Mexican, we are seeking a talented chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our hospitality operation, you will assist with food preparation to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and service.
Duties
- Assist head chef with daily kitchen activities, ensuring smooth and efficient food production processes
- Help with food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to meet quality standards
- Implement food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of dishes and guest satisfaction
At Antojitos we care about hiring the right person rather than the most experienced. A background in hospitality is desired but not essential. A positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and an openess to learning and self-improvement are the most important qualities our chefs need. We can teach you the rest.
