The candidate will need to have an expert understanding of the local data protection legislative framework and have a minimum of 5 years' experience of acting in a DPO role. The individual should have acted in a senior capacity and have good organisational skills, including project management and Excel. Experience of managing complex data subject access requests and advising on data protection matters is required. Jersey qualified entitled to work candidates preferred. Salary range £35,000-£40,000
